けれど、「創業」はあくまで原点であり、そこから長い年月と試行錯誤を重ねて改良されたのが今のバージョンなのだから、味が違うのも当然だ。

お腹はパンパンになったけれど、次は迷わずいつもの濃厚な一杯を頼んで、進化した味への感謝を噛み締めながらすすることにしよう。
