ついにAIを使ってタスクを自動化する仕組みを完成させた。AIツールとNotionを連携させて、タスクが自動でカレンダーに表示されるようにしたんだ。これでタスク管理が格段に楽になった。
I’ve finally finished setting up a system to automate my tasks using AI. I integrated an AI tool with Notion, allowing tasks to be automatically created and displayed on my calendar, which has made managing my to-do list so much easier.
一番大きな変化は、AIが自動でタスクを割り当ててくれるようになったこと。おかげで、次に何をしようかと迷う時間が完全になくなった。この考える時間をAIに任せてしまうのは大正解だった。
The biggest game-changer is that the AI automatically assigns tasks to me. Thanks to this, the time I used to spend wondering what to do next has been completely eliminated. Letting the AI handle the planning part was definitely the right move.
人間は余計なことを考えず、ただ機械のように実行に集中する方が、ずっと効率がいいし、仕事の生産性も上がる気がする。しかも、AIがタスクを細かいステップにまで分解してくれる機能もあって、これが想像以上に役立っている。
I’ve realized it’s far more efficient for me to focus purely on execution, almost like a machine, without getting bogged down by decision-making. Plus, the AI even breaks down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps, a feature that has turned out to be incredibly helpful.
このシステムを構築するまでには、思ったよりずっと時間がかかってしまったけれど、こうして自分の思い描いた通りに動くものが出来上がると、本当に嬉しいし、大きな達成感を感じる。
It took quite a while to get everything working perfectly, but seeing it all come together is incredibly satisfying and rewarding. All the time and effort I put into building this system now feels completely worth it.
これで本業だけじゃなく副業の効率もさらに一段階アップさせられるはず。そして、こうして生み出した貴重な時間を、ずっとやりたかった英語と電気の勉強にしっかりと当てていきたい。
With this new setup, I’m confident I can level up my productivity not only in my main job but also in my side hustle. My plan is to use the extra time I’ve freed up to seriously focus on my studies in English and electronics.
