You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I decided to switch up my morning routine today by cutting my sauna time down to 30 minutes so I could grab breakfast at Yoshinoya, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.
Lately, I had gotten into the habit of staying for almost an hour, which often left me feeling a bit drained. But keeping it to a crisp 30 minutes this morning was a game-changer; instead of fatigue, I felt incredibly refreshed and energized.
After my revitalizing sauna session, I headed over to Yoshinoya for the first time in a while. The breakfast set was as delicious as I remembered, but I was a little surprised when I saw the bill. It came to over 800 yen, which felt a bit pricey for a morning meal.
It got me thinking that for that price, I could easily make my own pasta or ramen at home, which would be significantly cheaper and probably more satisfying. It was a good reminder of the benefits of home cooking.
Still, there’s no denying that Yoshinoya is tasty, and the free rice refills are a huge plus. So I’ll definitely keep it in mind as an option, but I think it’ll be a little while before my next visit.
To be continued.
