Productive Shinkansen Journey, Hakata Discoveries, and Work-Life Balance

You can hear the voice recording for the diary.

I spent 5 hours on the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakata, which turned out to be incredibly productive for tackling my backlog of work.

By enjoying light meals and short power naps, I managed to maintain my focus throughout the journey, confirming that trains are ideal.

After checking into my hotel, I grabbed a budget-friendly bowl of tonkotsu ramen nearby, which was a practical choice for a quick dinner.

While walking off the meal, I found a park with a 1km track and made a mental note to go for a refreshing morning jog there tomorrow.

Walking without headphones allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere, which is a great way to recharge during trips.

To be continued.
