最近、後輩のプロジェクトを一歩引いた「第三者視点」で俯瞰してみると、不思議と次の一手や方針が自然と頭に浮かんでくるようになった。以前の私にはなかった余裕だ。
Observing my junior colleague’s project from a holistic perspective has allowed future strategies to surface naturally in my mind—a level of composure I certainly lacked in the past.
正直に言えば、当初は彼の態度の悪さに辟易し、「面倒だな」と投げ出しそうになったこともある。だが今では、この摩擦こそが自身の成長に繋がっていると実感できる。
Admittedly, his initial poor attitude was discouraging, and I almost wrote him off as too troublesome; however, I now recognize that navigating this friction is directly contributing to my own professional growth.
彼との契約（関わり）が続くのはあと2ヶ月。期限が来れば離れ離れになってしまうからこそ、この残された期間の密度が何よりも重要になるだろう。
We only have two months left on his contract. Once that time is up, our professional paths will diverge, making this final stretch crucial for leaving a lasting impact.
「伴走」できる時間は残りわずか。大変な道のりではあるが、最後まで彼に向き合い、プロとして恥じないサポートをやり遂げたいと思う。
It will be challenging, but I am fully committed to seeing this mentorship through to the very end, running alongside him until the finish line.
人を育てることは、自分を育てること。この2ヶ月を全力で走り抜けた先には、きっと彼だけでなく私自身にも、新しい景色が見えているはずだ。
I intend to make every day count, ensuring that when we part ways, we can both look back on this project with a sense of genuine accomplishment.
