羽田へ向かう前、東京駅近くの「豚山」で二郎系ラーメンの大盛り・全マシを注文し、少しリッチな気分で強烈なエネルギーチャージを完了した。
Before the flight, I fueled up at “Butayama” near Tokyo Station, unhesitatingly ordering the “Large” size with “the works” for a massive calorie boost.
昼に限界まで食べたおかげで、福岡到着後も空腹感はなく、楽しみにしていた博多グルメは今回見送ることにした。
Since that hearty lunch left me completely satisfied, I decided to forego the local Fukuoka gourmet scene upon arrival.
その代わり、以前から気になっていたホテルのサウナでじっくりと汗を流し、移動と満腹で重くなった体を「整える」時間を優先した。
Instead, I prioritized a long session in the hotel sauna to sweat out the fatigue and thoroughly reset my body and mind.
明日の重要な現場調査に万全の状態で挑むため、今夜は早めにベッドに入り、心身ともにコンディションを整えておこう。
With a critical site investigation scheduled for tomorrow, I retired to bed early to ensure I am physically and mentally prepared.
