昨日は、新しい会社でのオファー面談を受けてきた。
I had an offer interview with my future boss at the company I’m applying to.
結果は、なんとも微妙な感じ。正直、人事からみたら、あまりいい印象は受けていない様子。
He explained the offer to me, but honestly, it didn’t leave a good impression. From an HR perspective, it seemed like they don’t see me in the best light either.
とはいえ、全員に好かれることなんてないわけだから、気にしないことにする。
That said, I know it’s impossible to leave a good impression on everyone, and I don’t take their feedback too seriously.
そして、今後はホントに他人の悪口は言わないようにする。どこで誰が見ているかわからないので、余計なことは言わない。
Instead, I’ve promised myself not to speak badly about others. You never know who’s listening or watching, so I’ve decided to avoid saying unnecessary things.
自分は自分、他人は他人。あまり周りを気にせず、自分の信じる道を進みたい。年収が下がってしまう分、副業でも稼げるようにしていく。目指せ、海外赴任、そしてFIREである。
I’m not comparing myself to others. I’m focused on the path I’ve chosen. With this job change, my annual income will decrease, but I plan to make up for it with my side hustles. I’m determined to seize the opportunity to work abroad and eventually reach financial independence.
