I initiated the first phase of revamping my spreadsheets using AI, and the interactive dialogue has made the progress incredibly smooth.
これまでは手動での書き換えが必要だった年度や工期の表示を、AIの手を借りて完全自動化することに成功し、案件番号を入力するだけで全てが連動する仕組みが出来上がった。
Today, I built the framework for the sales pipeline list, successfully automating the fiscal year and term calculations to eliminate tedious manual updates.
この改善により、泥臭い手作業が激減し、営業ツールとしてだけでなく、経理データとしても活用できる統合データベースへの道筋がついた。
Now, simply entering a project number automatically reflects all related data, making the tool significantly more efficient and user-friendly.
次は経理チームと連携して必要なデータの「取捨選択」を行い、営業リストの項目を標準化・統一化していくフェーズだ。
Next, I will collaborate with the accounting team to streamline the data requirements and standardize the list format for cross-departmental use.
データの入力と最終デバッグさえ終えれば完成という、ゴールまでの明確なロードマップが見えているので、このまま一気に業務効率化（DX）を推進していきたい。
With the structure in place, only data entry and final debugging remain; the finish line is in sight, and I am eager to complete this optimization project.
