仕事が本格的に忙しくなってきた。マジで休む暇がないくらいだ。昼休みもそうだし、夜も残業しないと終わらない。
Work has become incredibly hectic, leaving me with almost no downtime.
けれど、一つ救いなのは仕事がめちゃくちゃ楽しいということだ。すごくやりがいを感じている。
Despite the long hours and lack of lunch breaks, I find the work immensely rewarding and genuinely enjoy what I do.
それに、上司とのコミュニケーションがすごく取りやすくて、仕事をしている実感がしっかりある。前の会社とは大違いだ。
The ease of communication with my boss makes a huge difference compared to my previous job; I truly feel like I’m making a tangible impact.
確かに年収は下がってしまったけれど、仕事が楽しいから、もう少し頑張れる。あとは年収が上がりさえすれば、仕事に対するモチベーションはもっと高くなるはずだ。

今の会社でも、次の会社でも、同じように楽しく働ければさらに良いし、海外駐在もきっとできるはずだと期待している。今はまさに頑張り時。この忙しさを乗り越えて、さらにステップアップしていきたい。
Once I see my income rise to match my contributions, my motivation will be unstoppable. I am determined to maintain this level of fulfillment and eventually secure an overseas assignment. This busy period is a crucial stepping stone, and I’m ready to push through to level up my career.
