You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I had dinner with my recruitment consultant. Since neither of us drinks alcohol, we met at an Indian restaurant in Shimbashi that he recommended.
He told me they serve large portions for each dish, so we ordered Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Biryani to share. I thought he might have exaggerated a bit and was hoping to have Indian curry as well.
The Tandoori Chicken was a normal size, but the Lamb Biryani was huge. Even for the two of us, it was more than enough to share. After finishing the dishes, we were both full, and I didn’t feel like ordering curry anymore.
The taste of both dishes was amazing. The strong spices might have made me feel fuller than usual, but it was definitely worth it. Either way, the dinner with him was great.
We also practiced some English conversation. At that time, it was just the two of us, but I was able to keep talking, and I believe my English diary has been helping. I’m going to keep writing the diary to become more fluent.
To be continued.
