あいさつ回りの最終日は、エステサロンを経営している友人のところへ遊びに行ってきた。
On the last day of my greeting tour, I visited the beauty salon owned by my friend from Libe City.
いろいろ悩みを聞いてくれるいい友人。今回も、仕事のこと、リベのことを聞いてもらってきた。そして、スキンケアもしっかりしてもらった。
She is one of my most reliable friends in the community and always listens to my concerns. This time, I shared my worries about the community and my work with her. During our conversation, I also received a beauty treatment.
こうして、お邪魔できることがなくなってしまうのも残念。開発の仕事は、大変な面もあるけど、成功させられれば、とてもやりがいがあるし、なにより地元とのつながりが強くなる中で、人とのつながりの大切さを学ぶことができると思う。
This might be my last chance to visit her salon regularly, like I used to during my business trips. Although project development work can be tough, it will be rewarding when the projects reach the construction phase. More than anything, while strengthening relationships with local stakeholders, we also learn the importance of human connections.
技術というよりも人とのつながり。これは開発にしかない仕事の醍醐味だと思う。
This is more about humanism than technical matters, and the sense of accomplishment can only be truly felt through project development.
次の職場では、それを技術に変えて挑戦する。そして、海外への道を見つけに行く。絶対に海外駐在を掴みたい。
As I move forward in my next career, I plan to translate these accomplishments in human relationships into technical solutions, and I’m determined to find a way to work overseas. I will certainly seize the opportunity to work abroad.
