研修を行う会社が主催する英語研修をうけるための試験を受けた。
I took an exam for an English seminar held by the training company.
今回の英語研修はただの英会話ではなく、交渉などをしていくために必要な高等スキルが学べるというので応募。
This seminar is not just an English conversation. According to the announcement by the person in charge of this program in my company, I will be able to learn advanced skills for situations like negotiations, so I applied for it.
クラス分けの試験だったが、よくできなかった。
I then took a placement test and I didn’t do very well.
言い訳にしかならないが、音声が聞き取りにくいテストであった。
If I may make an excuse, I could barely hear the voice reading in the test.
とはいえ、上のクラスには入れたのでよしとする。
Anyway, it is acceptable because I will be in an advanced class.
