The technician wasn’t able to fix the AC and the entire AC will be replaced.

話は変わって、同僚から連絡があり、カスタマーセンターにわたしの連絡先を教えてほしいと名指しの連絡があった。
By the way, I got a message from my colleague on LINE and he said that a Singaporian called the call center of my company to get my contact information.
わたしの知り合いではなかったが、興味があったので連絡してみた。
I didn’t recognize him even though I heard his name. But I called him because I was interested in talking to him.
すると彼は、転職エージェントであった。
I found out that he is a recruitment agent.
どうやら、わたしのことを共通の友人からきいて、名前と勤務先だけを頼りに連絡してきたらしい。
It seems like he heard about me from a mutual friend and made a phone call relying on people to recognise my name and my workplace only.
とりあえず、メールアドレスだけ交換した。
I exchanged my email address with him tonight.
