故障部位が判明するも、取り寄せが必要とのことで、完了は翌日に延期。
Even though the technician figured out the damaged parts, he said there were no stocks in his office and he will come to fix it tomorrow.
今日は快晴で30℃を超える真夏日なのに、である。
It was a sunny day and the temperature might reach 30 degrees.
ここまでくると、エジプト人の対応よりヒドイ。
When it goes this far, their support was worse than the support given by the Egyptians.
エジプトでもエアコンが壊れたことがあるが、ここまでの対応はなかった。
Though I had been in trouble with the AC in Egypt many times, but all of them were solved within a few days.
日系企業、とくに大企業は信じられない。
I can’t trust Japanese companies, especially large corporations.
