久しぶりに朝からいい天気だった。しかも、暑すぎない。
It’s been a long time since we had such nice weather and it’s not so hot.
なので、今日はみんなで部屋掃除をした。
So, we all cleaned the house.
窓を全開にして、部屋に溜まった湿気を追い出す。非常に気持ちがいい。
We opened all the windows to let moist air out. I felt so good.
きれいになったせいか、家で食べる食事がおいしく感じる。
The lunch and dinner tasted even better because the room was cleaned.
食べる回数を減らして、食事に対する思いが変わってきたが、今日はそれを強く感じた。
I have changed my mind about eating after decreasing the number of times I eat and I felt even stronger today.
おいしい食事を毎日作ってくれる妻に感謝したい。
I’m so grateful for my wife because she makes nice meals every day.
