7/31に実施した「人生を変えるEメール」の返事を何人かからもらった。
I received some replies to the emails that I sent on July 31.
そのうち、わたしの短所を教えてくれたのは、２人だけだった。
Only two of them told me my weak points.
この人は、確実に教えてくれるだろうと思っていた人からもらうことができた。
I thought that the two people were telling me the truth and they did as I expected.
それにしても、日本人は本音を口にしない人種なので、急に人に短所を伝えるのは難しいのかもしれない。
However, it might be a little difficult for the Japanese to tell others their weak points because we tend not to show our true feelings.
わたしの性格上、明るいキャラで立ち回っているので、教えてくれるだろうと思っていたが、そうではなかった。
I thought that I could get their feedback because I have carried myself with a warm personality. But I couldn’t.
全部揃ったら、きちんと整理しておこうと思う。
I will organize the feedback once I can get them all.
