I watched the Olympic men’s cycling road race.
自転車で街なかを颯爽と走るのは、楽しそうに見えた。
It seems that going through the town on a bicycle is so fun.
事故して骨折したこともあったけど、やっぱり自転車に乗りたいと思った。
I want to ride a road bike again after watching the event even though I got into a traffic accident and broke my shoulder blade once.
長男が成長し、育児が一段落したら、またはじめたい。
When I’m done with babysitting, I want to restart it.
それにしても、前回のオリンピックのときには、エジプトに行くことなど想定していなかった。
Anyway, I think that going to Egypt was beyond my expectation when I watched the last Olympic games in 2016.
この５年間で大きな変化があった。
There were a lot of changes in 5 years.
次のオリンピックのときにはどうなっているか、想像ができないが、少なくとも英語の実況でもわかるようになりたい。
I really don’t know what will happen to me until the next Olympics. At least I could enjoy listening to the live commentary of the Olympics in English.
