転職断念について、友人から厳しい意見をもらった。
I received a harsh comment from my friend about my decision that I will not change my job.
転職しなくても現在の状況に満足しているのでは、との指摘だった。
He pointed out that I’m satisfied with the current situation without a job change.
たしかにそれもなくはない。
I believe he may be right.
今回の転職断念には、時代の変化に対するゴールの移り変わりがある。
However, this decision includes the change of my goals for the future flow of time.
今までは本業でのみの成功しか見てなかった。しかし、その後の勉強の中で、個人で稼ぐ重要性を学んだ。
Up until now, I wanted to succeed only with my main job but now I learned of the necessity to earn money by myself from reading books.
なので、個人で稼げるようになるため、まずは今の会社の制度を利用し、副業に充てる時間を捻出していく。
So, I want to make time to do my side hustles by using the current company’s system and I am determined to make money with my side hustles.
軌道に乗ってくれたら本業の改善もしていく。
When I achieve the goal, then I will think about whether or not I should change my main job.
