I did shadowing while walking outside.
長男をだっこしながらでは息が切れるのが早いので、かなりしんどい。
This was the first time to do so while I’m holding my child. It was kind of tough and I was out of breath earlier than normal.
にしても、すれ違う人がいてもシャドーイングに対する抵抗感が減ってきた。
Anyway, I don’t care if I’m doing the shadowing when I walk past someone.
最近では、声のボリュームは下げても口パクだけにすることはなくなった。
Even though I lower my voice a little, I don’t mouth the words these days.
