Disappointing Supermarket Ramen and a Quest for Better Noodle Experiences

You can hear the voice recording for the diary.

I excitedly tried a refrigerated Taiwan ramen kit from the supermarket, but both the soup and noodles were lackluster and honestly quite a letdown.

It lacked savory depth, tasting almost like a bland hospital meal, and that gap between my anticipation and the reality made the disappointment sting even more.

Consequently, I have decided to stop buying pre-packaged sets and will instead opt to purchase the noodles and soup bases separately.

This approach is more cost-effective and allows me to curate flavors that suit my palate, ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction.

Recognizing that my lifetime meals are limited, I am determined to spare no effort to maximize the quality of every single dining experience.

To be continued.
