いつもどおり子供と公園で遊んでいたけど、GWで貨物列車が来ないため、クルマでドライブに行くことに。
My son and I went to the park by the railway, as we usually do. However, since it was Golden Week and we were out driving, the freight trains my son loves didn’t pass by.
いろいろ考え、近くのショッピングモールに行ってきた。10時過ぎに着いたため、まだそこまで混んではなかった。
After some thought, we decided to go to the mall. We arrived a little after 10 AM, so it wasn’t too crowded yet.
なので、お昼の食材を買いつつ、施設の中を回って、出る前にドーナツをフードコートで２人で食べた。
We bought ingredients for lunch, walked around the mall, and grabbed some donuts at the food court.
帰りのドライブ中、洗車をしたいというので、機械洗車でクルマをキレイにしてきた。キレイにするよりも、車内から見る洗車体験は子供にとってアトラクションと同じなので、楽しみながら洗車してきた。
On our way home from the mall, my son asked to watch the car get washed. So, we stopped by the gas station and ran it through the car wash machine. For him, the view from inside the car is more of an attraction than the actual washing, so he was really excited about it.
GWでどこへも連れて行ってないけど、それでもまだ楽しんでくれる年代なので助かる。今は貯め時、しっかり貯めて将来使えるお金を増やしたい。
Even though I didn’t take him on any big outings during Golden Week, he still enjoyed his time close to our apartment since he’s so young. This helps me save money now, which I’ll put towards future goals.
