久しぶりに朝油そば。
This was my first time in a while having brothless noodles for breakfast.
麺を増量したかったけど、それは辞めて無料のトッピングをたくさん盛ってみた。
Even though I had been wanting to try the extra noodle topping for a long time, I decided not to and instead went heavy on the free toppings like onion and garlic.
結果して、やり過ぎた。食べてるときにニンニクや玉ねぎの独特の辛みが強く、油そばの旨みが損なわれてしまったので失敗。せっかくのチャンスを台無しにしてしまった。
In hindsight, that was a mistake. The strong flavors of both the garlic and onion overpowered the soy sauce-based sauce, and I couldn’t really enjoy the taste.
また、改めてチャレンジしたい。とはいえ、1日中ずっと集中して作業できたのは変わりない。やはり、食べると集中できる。
Next time, I’ll go lighter on the free toppings. That said, I was still able to concentrate on my work throughout the day, just like I usually can when I eat breakfast. It’s clear to me that having something in the morning helps me stay focused.
なので、きっと栄養が足りてないのだと思う。食べる量をうまくコントロールしながら、健康や集中力を維持していきたい。
So, I might be lacking some essential nutrients. I’ll try to be more mindful of my diet—saving where I can while maintaining both my health and concentration.
