転職２次面接。
I had my second interview round with the company I’m applying to.
同僚になる２名と人事マネージャーの３名との面談。前回に続いて、人事担当が出てきたのは驚き。２回も出てくるのは初めての経験。
The interviewers were two of my potential colleagues and the HR manager, making a total of three people. I was a bit surprised to see someone from HR again, just like in the first interview—this was the first time I had experienced that.
そして、なにより驚いたのが、同僚になる２名のうち、１名が同じ会社で働いていたこと。しかも、お互いに面識がある人で、終始和やかな面接となった。
More than anything, the biggest surprise during the interview was that one of my potential colleagues had worked at my first company. We had even met before at a headquarters meeting, so the interview felt comfortable from start to finish.
ここまでくると、正直、期待するなというほうが難しい。なんとしても受かりたい。
Honestly, with this coincidence, it’s hard not to expect an offer from the company. I really want to work there.
せっかくのメーカーサイドでの建設フェーズでの仕事になり、とても楽しみである。もちろん、苦労はあるだろうけど、なにより今の仕事よりは絶対に楽しいし、やりがいがあるはず。もう腐っている時間がもったいない。
This would be a great opportunity to be involved in the construction phase from the manufacturer’s side, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. Of course, there will be challenges, but I find construction management both enjoyable and rewarding. I don’t want to waste my time doing work I don’t enjoy.
