昨日の続き。
Today’s topic is a continuation from yesterday.
不動産投資の話をしてくれた友達には、不動産関連で活躍されている憧れの人がいたらしい。
My friend from Libe City, who has invested in real estate, wanted to meet a well-known figure in the real estate investment world.
そして、その人に会うために、直接DMを送って、自分の熱意を伝えた。しかも、多くの人が会合の１次会に参加したいと提案する中で、その友達は２次会を企画するという他の人が思いつかない方法で、会う権利を獲得できた。
To make that happen, my friend sent a direct message, full of enthusiasm, asking to meet him. While others had requested to join the main event to meet this person, my friend took a different approach by proposing to host an after-party, which no one else had suggested. As a result, he was able to meet the person at the party.
この話を聞いて感じたのは、行動力がものすごく大事、だということ。そして、それに加えての発想力。他の人と同じように行動していては他人を出し抜けない。
After hearing this story, I realized the importance of taking bold actions. The second key lesson was the power of creativity. You can’t get ahead by simply doing the same thing as everyone else.
たくさんの人がいる中で、自分という人間をいかにアピールできるかが勝負。そのために、たくさん行動して自分が納得する成果をものにしたい！
When there are so many competitors around you, the key is to stand out. To achieve that, I will take more decisive actions and make sure I secure the results I desire.
