今日は、新しい家事代行に頼んでの家の掃除である。
I recently contracted a new house-cleaning service for the first time.
前回と比べ、かなり高額な料金ではあったものの、掃除のクオリティは完ぺき。朝７時から夕方５時まで、１日かけて見えない部分もキレイにしてくれ、大変助かった。
Although the cost is higher than the previous contractor, the quality of the service was outstanding. The cleaner worked from 7 am to 5 pm, cleaning my entire home, and it was incredibly helpful.
やはり、家がキレイになるとスッキリする。
I feel refreshed after the cleaning.
けど、さすがに値段が高い。今までお願いしているところより、倍以上の値段を支払った。
However, despite the excellent quality, the price was super expensive—double what I paid the last contractor.
ここまで支払えばやってもらって当然だと思うし、そこまで支払う価値があるかといわれると、少々疑問符がつく。たとえば年１回、大掃除だと割り切ってやるとして、通常はほかの業者を使うなど、使い分けをしたい。
Given the cost, I expected a thorough cleaning, and while the work was excellent, I’m not sure I can say it was worth the price. For instance, I plan to use this service for a deep cleaning once a year. For other occasions, I’ll contract with a more reasonably priced service.
