今日は、プロジェクトサイトでお世話になった先生のところへ訪問、久しぶりにいっしょにサウナへ行ってきた。
I visited the city where my friend, who is a teacher, lives and we planned to go to his favorite sauna together.
とはいえ、異動したばかりで忙しい先生は、サウナには入れず、食事だけになった。わたしは、待っている間に先生が行きつけの入浴施設へ。
However, since he was transferred to a new school last month, he was so busy that he couldn’t join me in the sauna and we only managed to have dinner together. While waiting for him, I went to the sauna alone.
いつもと違うところにお邪魔するときには、また違う感動があって面白い。サウナ室、水風呂ともにとても広く、開放感があってよかった。水風呂がぬるいのが少々残念ではあったけど。
It was an interesting experience for me because visiting a new sauna gave me a different impression. Both the sauna and the cold bath were wider and had a greater sense of openness. However, it was a bit disappointing that the cold bath was lukewarm.
晩飯は、GWということもあって、レストランを見つけることができず、結局、チェーン店に入ることに。ぶっちゃけ、何を食べるかは関係ない。
We couldn’t find a comfortable restaurant since it was Golden Week, so we finally ended up at a franchise restaurant. But for me, the important thing was not the food, but catching up with each other.
久しぶりに会った先生と交流を深めるのが目的。とても楽しい夜になった。新しい会社でも、なんとか東北地方の案件を作ってまた参上したい！
It was a very fun time for both of us. I want to create a project in the northeast region at my next company so that I can see him again.
