A Refreshing Walk and Garlic-Infused Noodles: A Day of Recovery

体調はかなり良くなった。もうコロナだったという自覚症状はない。

I felt much better today, with no symptoms of COVID anymore.

 

ということで、昼休みはサウナに行ってきた。サウナ付きのホテルにすればよかったと後悔する一方、歩いていける範囲にいつも行くサウナがあるので、散歩がてらにちょうどいい。

During my lunch break, I decided to visit the sauna. Even though I regretted not choosing a hotel with its own sauna, the 10-minute walk from my hotel to my favorite sauna was a good way to refresh myself.

 

体調が戻ってきたので、晩飯には歩いて1時間のところにあるラーメン屋に行ってきた。ニンニクをがっつり入れての辛味噌ネギラーメン。学生時代にバイトをしていたレストランで先輩と盛り上がったのをふと思い出し、食べたくなった。

Feeling a bit more energetic after being sick, I decided to take a longer walk for dinner. I walked for about 60 minutes to reach a ramen shop I remembered from my past. There, I ordered my favorite noodles: spicy miso soup with plenty of garlic and green onion. The decision to choose this particular noodle dish was sparked by a conversation I once had with my senior while working at a part-time job.

 

結果は大満足。これで体調が戻ることは間違いないだろう。どうせ明日も誰にも会わないし、ニンニク入れてのラーメンは体調不良時にはまじでうれしい。

As expected, the noodles were delicious, and I was completely satisfied with my choice. I have no doubt that I’ll continue to recover my physical condition. Since I don’t have any plans to meet with people tomorrow, I believe the garlic-infused noodles will further aid my recovery.

 

帰りもホテルまで歩いて帰ってきた。2時間以上歩いて、とてもスッキリした。また明日も楽しみ。

After enjoying the noodles at the shop, I walked back to my hotel. In total, I walked for over 2 hours, and I felt completely refreshed by the end of it. I’m looking forward to what tomorrow will bring.
