昨日の決意を転職エージェントに報告。
I spoke with my recruitment consultants about my decision yesterday.
彼らもわたしの転職したいという気持ちと、もう少し現職でがんばりたい状況は理解してくれ、急いで転職することもない、とアドバイスをしてくれた。一方で、候補先に逃げられないよう、職務経歴書を送っておくのはどうかと提案された。
They understand that I’m torn between my desire for a new job and my passion for my current role. They advised me not to rush into a job change and to keep an eye out for suitable opportunities. They suggested that I update and submit my resume to companies to keep myself visible in the job market.
遅かれ早かれ、転職はするので書類は準備しておくに損はない。なので、早速職務経歴書に現職分を追加して提出しておいた。
Since I know I’ll be changing jobs sooner or later, I have no objections to their advice. Therefore, I’ve added my achievements in my current position to my resume and submitted it to them today.
あとは、先生の異動の結果を待つのみ。こちらとして、いまできることは全部やった。
Now, all I can do is wait to see if my friend’s teacher will be transferred. I’ve done everything I can up to this point.
面接の練習に入るためにも、実績の説明ができるように準備はしておく。
In the meantime, I’ll focus on preparing for interviews by summarizing my achievements in my current job.
