おととい、仙台での会合の後にリベシティ仙台オフィスにて転職オフ会を開催してきた。
I organized a job changes meet-up at the Liberal Arts City Sendai Office two days ago.
今回の参加者は３人。となりで、副業に関するオフ会が開催されていたけど、そちらは６人が参加。数字が全てではないのはわかっているけど、やはりショックは隠せない。
We had a total of three attendees. Simultaneously, another meet-up for a side hustle was held, attracting six attendees. While I understand that the number of attendees isn’t the sole metric, the discrepancy was surprising.
なので、先日、リベシティの友人に言われた原因をわたしのオフ会参加者と共有してみた。
Consequently, I addressed my concerns and the feedback provided by a friend from the Liberal Arts City with the attendees at my meet-up.
とくに、彼らから回答を求めたわけではないけれども、共有したことで自分の中でスッキリした。
Although I didn’t anticipate specific resolutions or answers, sharing my concerns provided a sense of relief.
というのも、わたしが理想とするリーダー論を考えた時、やっぱり熱い想いを持った人に惹かれる。まずは、自分なりのゴールに向かって邁進していきたい！
Reflecting on my ideal leadership style, I aspire to be an enthusiastic leader. I’m committed to progressing towards this ideal.
