リベシティで初めてのオフ会の企画をした。わたしにできることはなにかとずっと考え、やっとのことで思いついたのが、転職相談。
I organized a meet-up for the first time in the Liberal Arts City, and indeed, in my life as well. I had been contemplating how I could be of assistance to people, and I finally came up with the idea of helping individuals looking to change jobs.
ただ、正直どこまで回答できるかわからないし、需要があるかも未知数。そんな中での企画であったが、なんと初日で２名の応募をもらった。
However, I couldn’t estimate how much support I could provide or how many questions I could answer, nor did I have a clear sense of the demand for job changes in the City. Despite these uncertainties, I decided to create the meet-up, and fortunately, I received two applicants within the first day of advertising.
なんか、まだ開催してないけど、メッチャうれしい。
Even though the meet-up has just been created and hasn’t been held yet, I am genuinely thrilled.
なんだろう。やっぱり人って頼られるとがんばっちゃうというか、うれしくなるのは納得である。
I’ve come to realize that I find happiness in being someone others rely on. I am committed to doing my best to meet their expectations.
彼らのために説明をするための資料が必要かと思い、早速作成した。これをベースにどんどん改良を重ねていきたい。
Additionally, I recognized the importance of a presentation to explain my opinions and procedures, so I created one today. I aim to enhance the quality of the meet-up by incorporating this presentation.
