You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I attended a meeting at one of the subsidiaries of my former company.
Prior to the meeting, I took the opportunity to visit my former colleagues and exchange greetings since I had recently changed jobs.
Although I hadn’t directly informed them about my resignation, they were aware of my situation and inquired about my current job.
It was pleasant to catch up with my ex-coworkers. However, I still prefer not to socialize over drinks with current employees of my previous company.
I have other commitments, such as my side hustles at night, that I want to prioritize. Therefore, I politely accepted their invitation for a drink, using flattering words.
To be continued.
