I presented the findings of the site survey to my team members two days ago.
前日にパワーポイントを作っての発表。今回は日本でのチーム内共有だったので、日本語での対応となった。
Yesterday, I created a Japanese version of the presentation since this report was specifically for the Japanese branch.
資料作りはとくに問題ではない。各サイトごとに、わかりやすく当日撮ってきた写真と比較表を使って、優先順位をつけて説明できた。
Preparing and delivering presentations is not a challenge for me. I included pictures I had taken at the site in each slide and created a comparison chart to highlight the priority of candidate locations.
おかげで、次のステップへの承認をその場でもらえた。次は、必要な土地面積だったり、必要機材を選定する基本設計である。
Thanks to my thorough preparation and clear explanation, I received approval for the next step, which involves estimating the required land space and designing the layout of the substation.
写真にカンタンな絵を乗せて、レイアウトなどを説明できるように準備したい。
I intend to use annotated drawings on the site pictures to further explain these aspects.
