昨日の現調のあと、ホテルに帰って寝る前にサウナへ行ってきた。
After the site visit yesterday, I decided to visit the sauna at the hotel during my business trip.
時間も遅かったので、終始誰もおらず、１人でサウナを楽しむことができた。
Since it was already late at night, there were no other people in the sauna, allowing me to enjoy it in peace.
初めて寝る前のサウナを体験したが、とてもよかった。それから眠りにつくまでがあっという間だった。
It was my first time experiencing a sauna before going to bed, and it was an amazing experience. Not only did it relax me, but it also helped me fall asleep easily.
来月、妻子がいないタイミングができそうなので、その時は仕事終わりにサウナへ行ってみようと思う。そうすれば、昼間に行けなくても夜に行けるので、楽しみが増える。
During this period when I’ll be alone at home as my wife and son will be at my in-laws’ house, I plan to visit the sauna after work. Even though I can’t go during the day like before, I can still enjoy the sauna in the evening. It adds more enjoyment to my routine.
なんなら、仕事終わりに晩飯を外で食べて、そのままGOもありだと思う。来月が楽しみである。
Depending on the situation, I might even go to the sauna after dinner on my way home from work. I’m really looking forward to it.
