People Can Be Deceived in Various Ways

You can hear the voice recording for the diary.

On my way back from the site, I decided to make a quick stop at the airport lounge. While at the counter, I received a coupon from the staff.

They informed me that there was a gift waiting for me at the desk near the airways check-in counter.

This sparked my excitement as I imagined receiving a nice gift.

Feeling curious, I took a break from my work and searched for more information on the internet once I entered the lounge. After a few minutes of browsing, I discovered that it was merely an invitation. The so-called “gift” turned out to be a wet tissue, and it was actually a ploy to collect personal information, such as addresses, from unsuspecting individuals.

It was a reminder that people can be deceived in various ways. Although I had always believed that I would never fall for such tricks, I realized that I was almost fooled on this occasion.

To be continued.
