先日、面接した会社の２次面接が行われた。
I had a 2nd round of the job interview today.
今回の面接は、これまでとは少し異なり、採用予定部署が未確定なので、それぞれの部門長が３名と会社の会長が参加する４名との面接になった。
Today’s interview was kind of different from the previous ones I had. A total of 4 interviewers were there; 3 hiring managers from the candidate department I might possibly move to and the chairperson of the company.
１時間で、各人が出たり入ったりして、忙しない面接であった。
They came in and out of the meeting room within the hour of the interview.
感触としては上々だったと思える一方で、わたしの経歴からくる彼らの期待感の強さに少し圧倒されてしまった。
Although the interview went well, I was overwhelmed by their expectations for me based on my Resume.
もし仮に内定をもらえたならばとても嬉しいが、彼らの期待に応えられるかに少し不安が残った。
I would be happy if I could get a job offer, however, I have concerns about whether I’m able to meet their requirements.
