先週の他部署の上司へ上申した出来事を振り返り、わたしなりの今の会社での答えを見つけることができた。
I thought about the action I requested from the boss who manages the site crew last week and found out the answer that I should do at the current company.
この会社では、いかにPJを上手に回していけるかを勉強する場だと考える。
At my current company, I’m in a position to study how to drive the project well.
もう、誰に好き媚びることなく、わたしなりのやり方でやってみて、ダメなものは次の会社にもっていかないようにすること、それだけが今の会社での最大の目的である。
I will try several ways to forward the project without buttering anyone up and will leave the methods which don’t work. This is the most important issue I will focus on for now.
なので、それだけをひたすら考え、トライアンドエラーを繰り返していくこと仕事とする。
I will only think about it and keep doing trials and errors for work.
失敗を恐れずにドンドン行動していく。
I will tackle every challenge without being afraid of failure.
