今日はわたしが仕事ができると思っている調達部の上司とのコーチングセッションを実施した。
I had a coaching session with the director of the procurement department who is good at working.
コーチングセッションとは、１対１でそれぞれいいところ、悪いところを言い合い、お互いに意識を高めあっていこうというもの。
The rule of our coaching session is to have a meeting together alone and exchange good and bad behaviour with each other. It makes us boost each other up.
ハッキリいってくれるし、仕事もできる方なので、とても興味深い意見を聞くことができた。
As she always speaks her mind clearly and is very capable, I was able to listen to her interesting opinions.
また、わたしに対しても、特に嫌いというわけでもないので、これまでのやり方は悪くないのかと思う。
She also told me that she didn’t dislike me, so my behaviour was not so bad.
これからも、今のままのやり方で強みを伸ばしていきたいと思った。
I think I will improve my strong points in my own way.
