今日の顧客との打合せにて、上司がやらかした。現場が勝手に判断して工事をストップした件を顧客にばらしてしまった。
My boss messed up during the meeting with the owner today. He revealed that our site crew stopped the construction because of his own opinion.
週報にもその記載はしてないし、朝礼でもいわないようにすることを確認したにも関わらずである。
Even though I didn’t describe this issue in our weekly report intentionally and confirmed with my boss in the morning internal meeting that we wouldn’t mention it, he did.
おかげで、打合せでは詳細を追及され、最終的に顛末をまとめた報告書を提出する羽目に。
Due to his mistake, we were interrogated about the reason and situation thoroughly and were requested to make a report as a result.
ミスは誰にでもあるので、そこを責めるつもりはない。しかし、会議後、報告書については、誰も触れないので、結局わたしが作成。
I don’t mean to blame my boss since it’s only human to make mistakes, however, no one mentioned it after the meeting. So, I made the report.
なぜわたしが、後始末をしなければならないのか全く不明である。ドラフトだけ作って上司に投げた。
I totally have no idea why I made it. I just left it to my boss after completing the draft.
