今日は忙しくて昼休みをとる暇もなかった。
I wasn’t able to take a lunch break today because I was too busy.
それでも、なんとか夜はいつも通りの時間で終われたのでよかった。
Despite that, I was able to finish today’s work as usual.
終日、ずっと座りっぱなしだったので、晩飯のあとに階段トレーニングをしてきた。
As I was sitting on the chair during the daytime, I went up the stairs of my apartment.
肌寒くなってきたものの、最上階までいって戻ってくると、体も温まってとても気分爽快である。
Although it’s getting colder these days, I felt better and warmed up after going up the stairs to the top floor.
夜だけじゃなく、仕事の合間にもできれば、さらに効率も上がるし、将来的な運動不足や腰痛の予防になるかと思う。
If I could go up the stairs at night as well as between work, I can be more productive, prevent backache and address my lack of exercise for the future.
