昨日に続いて、また上司とのトラブル。
Continuing yesterday’s discussion, I argued with my boss again.
今日は、わたしが書いた議事録である。
Today’s agenda was the minutes I created.
議事録に関しては、これまでも日記で書いた通り自信があった。しかしながら、上司は見事にキレイに書き直して提出した。書き直ししても、言いたいことはほとんど変わっておらず、体裁の問題である。
I’m confident about writing meeting minutes as I wrote in this diary before. However, he submitted it after completely modifying it. As what we would like to say in the minutes hasn’t changed, this was just an appearance issue.
これを見て、やはりこの人とは馬が合わないなと確信した。
I was sure that I can’t get along with my boss after seeing the modified minutes.
わたしのやる気を完全に削いだ上司を反面教師にして、わたしもリーダーとしての振る舞いを勉強していく。
I will study a leader’s etiquette based on his behaviour, and he has completely demotivated me as a negative example.
