再度、転職したい旨を伝えると、今後のキャリアのためにも最低１年はいたほうがいい、といわれた。
I confessed that I wanted to change my job again and he replied to me that I should stay at the current company for at least a year for my next career.
今の会社での勤務がちょうど１年で転職できるよう、あと３か月我慢して、それから転職活動を再開するのがいいだろうと教えてくれた。
He also gave me a piece of advice that I should start job hunting after working for 3 more months to change my job when my working period reaches a year.
それくらいならがんばれるし、その間に次に向けてできることをやろうと思う。
I will be able to work for that period and will prepare myself for the next career change.
