今日の勉強会の中で学んだのはステークホルダーマップの重要性である。
In today’s session, I learned the importance of stakeholder mapping.
ステークホルダーマップとは、PJを取り巻く人や組織、それぞれの関係性を図式化したもの。
This is to show the involved members, team, organization and each relationship on a schematic diagram.
これを作成することで、それぞれ個人がなんとなくで考えていた利害関係者を可視化、分野におけるキーパーソンを瞬時に判断しPJをより円滑に進められるという。
I was told that the diagram helps the project members to easily understand who is a key person in each field. Obviously, we can decide on the person based on their experience levels, but it should be visible to all.
わたしがいま参画しているPJにはないので、ぜひ作ってみたいと思った。
I’m going to create a new one for my project.
