人事との入社３か月の面談があった。
After spending 3 months at the company, I had an interview with HR.
思っていた以上に突っ込んで聞いてくる担当者で驚きながらも、隠すのもめんどうなので、正直に転職を考えていることを伝えた。
I was surprised that she asked questions more honestly than I expected such as my current motivation for the work and my feelings about specific people. However, I told her that I was thinking about changing my job again since it bothered me to hide my true feelings.
すると、向こうも現在転職を考えているとのこと。
She confessed to me that she was thinking the same thing as me.
なぜ会社を辞めたいかをお互い話したが、理由は同じであった。
We shared our reasons why we would like to change our job again and they were a perfect match.
なんのための面談なのか、疑問を抱いたが、同じような考えを持つ人は少なくないのだなと思った。
I doubt the purpose of the interview, but I believe that more than a few people feel like there is something wrong with the current company’s work environment.
