今日から週末のみ朝食を食べることにした。
I decided to have breakfast on the weekend.
長男との散歩で、午前中から外に出なければならず、午後の作業時に空腹に耐えられないからである。
Since my habit is to go for a walk with my son in the morning, I couldn’t seem to control my appetite while doing my side hustles in the afternoon.
早速食べて行動を開始してみると、かなりいい感じである。
I ate breakfast before walking today and felt good.
できれば１日１食にしたいが、休日は運動量もそれなりにあるのでキツイ。
From the viewpoint of health, I want to have a one-meal-a-day diet every day, but it is too tough to stick to it during the daytime as I exercise with my son on weekends.
あまりストイックになりすぎず、ムリのない範囲で継続していきたい。
I will keep on the diet and not do that very strictly.
