個人的に大事件が起こった。
A big issue has risen in my team.
というのも、下請け業者が搬出予定の倉庫へ行ってみたらトラックに資材が全部載せられずに帰ってきてしまったという。
One of the subcontractors went to the warehouse to pick up all the remaining materials, however, they were not able to finish bringing them out to the site today.
しかも、当社社員はどれくらい残っているかも全く把握しておらず、それを夜になってそのまま報告してきた。
Moreover, our site engineer reported to me at night without any detailed information such as how much there is left in the warehouse and when they would pick up the remaining materials.
今まで工事の設計、管理を何年もやってきたが、こんな仕打ちは初めてである。
Even though I have been designing and managing constructions for many years, this kind of raw deal is the first time for me.
今日の経験でわたしの腹は決まった。この会社はずっといる会社ではないと。
This experience has made me think about my opinion that the current company is not my ideal one.
