熱意のある人を育てていきたいと思ってはいたものの、実際にそんな人を見つけるとどうすべきか迷っている自分がいる。
Even though I have been thinking that I want to train enthusiastic people, I don’t know what I should do when those people show up.
お風呂に入った後、夜風に当たりながらベランダでオーディオブックを聞いていたが、全く頭に入ってこない。
After taking the bath, I listened to ebooks on the balcony while the night wind hit me, however, I couldn’t keep anything in my brain.
でも、アシスタントから言われたように、これまでの２か月でだいぶPJの雰囲気が変わったというのであれば、それを続けていくことが１番だと思った。
As if the atmosphere has changed once I joined as the assistant said, I assume that no changes in my own behaviour are the best for me.
なので、今後もとくに気張らずにこれまで通りに仕事と向き合っていきたい。
