挙げ句に、実施内容が不明瞭なので、顧客に指示内容を確認しないと実施できない状況ときている。
Furthermore, the requests were unclear about how they were to be carried out, so we need to confirm everything again with the owner.
現場の人は言われたことをそのまま伝えるだけ、という風潮は会社が変わっても変わらないんだなと感じた。
I felt that the culture from the people at field offices is just to forward things on and it is similar to my old company making me feel like the culture hasn’t changed even though I changed my company.
