今回の転職でお世話になった転職エージェントに連絡してみた。
I sent a message to my recruitment consultant who introduced me to my current job.
もともと転職した時に、少したったら話を聞かせてほしいということで、８月に会おうと約束をしていた。
We have promised that we will see each other in August so that he can hear my opinion about my new job.
しかし、最近またコロナ感染者数が急増しており、できれば延期をしたい旨を伝えた。
But unfortunately, I told him that we should postpone the meeting since the number of infections has been increasing significantly.
すると、彼から連絡があり、彼の会社でも出社制限がかかっているというので、また９月以降にしようと連絡が来た。
He replied that he was fine to see me in September and that he was restricted from going to the office due to his company’s policy.
にしても、いつになったらコロナ禍が収束するのか、ホントに収束できるのかが疑わしくなってきた。
I totally have no idea when the pandemic will be over or whether we can end this for sure.
