今日は今週月曜日に実施した遅延工事の挽回案の進捗をフォローをする会議を行った。
We had a meeting to follow up on the catch-up plan that we decided on last Monday.
だが、協力会社の人に連絡がいってなかったり、提出された書類がいい加減、それを審査する当社の人間も真剣味が感じられなかった。
However, the situation was horrible because the attendees of the sub-contractor weren’t invited to the meeting, the submitted plan the sub-contractor made was bad and the person who examined the plan did not seriously consider it properly.
初めて今の会社の嫌な部分が見えてしまった。
I saw my company’s bad points for the first time.
全てにおいて、いい会社がないのはわかっている。
Obviously, I know that my company isn’t the best.
もし、我慢できなくなったら、また転職を考えようと思うし、転職という選択肢があるだけで、気持ち的にだいぶ楽になる。
If I can’t stand it, I will leave the company. I don’t feel this is a serious problem since I have the option to change my job.
