現場で仕事をしている同僚にオススメのごはん屋さんを紹介してもらい、早速晩飯に行ってきた。
I went to a popular chain canteen in the Kansai region for dinner. It was recommended by my colleague at the field office.
名前は「宮本むなし」といい、有名な歴史上の人物である宮本武蔵をもじった名前である。
The diner is called ‘Miyamoto Munashi’, which was made fun of by a famous historical person named ‘Miyamoto Musashi’. By the way, ‘munashii’ means to feel empty in Japanese.
地元で有名なチェーン店ということと、駅前にあるということで、それなりに混んでいた。
Due to a popular chain canteen located in front of the station, it was a little crowded when I got there.
しかし、味は普通で値段はちょい高め。
However, the taste of the meals was so-so and it was a little pricey.
ご飯がおかわり自由なのはよかったが、それでももう行かないと思う。
I don’t think I will go there anymore even though they have free refills.
